These F.B.C. belts are in a
multi-level baking oven (still under construction) used for baking pita’s
and pita puffs snack food. The Balanced Weave belt provides uniform
support for the product, and the positive chain drive eliminates slippage
and ensures continuous product output. |

This Alhern Martin Furnace is
conveying torque converters through a brazing operation at 2050 degrees
Fahrenheit. The Double Balanced Weave construction is widely used
in brazing because of its superior “strut” construction that is more resistant
to camber and carrying heavier loads at elevated temperatures. |
This Williams Industrial Furnace
is designed to carry automotive fasteners through a tempering furnace to
1200 degrees Fahrenheit. The Compound Balanced Weave is dense enough
to prevent very small parts from being caught in the belt. The pintle
chain allows for conveying heavier loads at high temperatures. |

This multi part Williams Industrial
Furnace was specially designed for tempering six different bearings at
one time. The offset side plates prevent the products from mixing
and the tall plate design allows for a large volume of product to be Tempered
at once. There are seven strands of chain and sprockets that drive
the conveyor. |
